Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The only exceptions are for items damaged in transit or items that do not work immediately out of the box. Items must also be in the original packaging upon being returned. Please do not send your item(s) back without prior approval.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business
To return your product, after receiving prior approval, you should mail your product to: Ensemble Solutions Group, 180 W San Angelo St, Gilbert AZ 85233. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless returning an item that was damaged in the original transit or that immediately didn't work out of the box. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend sending your item(s) back using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost shipments being returned to us.
